Annsville Man Facing Multiple Charges After Altercation


According to Oneida County Sheriff Robert Maciol, an Annsville man was arrested following a domestic incident in the Town of Annsville.

On October 27, 2020 at about 12:34 a.m., the Oneida County Sheriff's Office responded to an address on Meadows Rd. in the Town of Annsville for a reported physical domestic.

During the investigation it was learned that Patrick S. Boardman, (25) from Annsville, NY had an argument with the victim, then put his arm around the victim's neck and squeezed causing the victim to have impaired breathing. Boardman was taken into custody and brought to the Oneida County Sheriff's Office.


Boardman was charged with Harassment in the second degree, a Violation and Criminal obstruction of breathing or blood circulation, a class A misdemeanor. Boardman was booked/processed at the Sheriff's Office and then brought the Oneida County Correctional Facility where he is being held so he can be arraigned in CAP Court.
