Earlier today Gabriel Truitt, an arson suspect was found guilty of arson, one count of first-degree murder and two counts of second degree murder.
Truitt set fire to 5 Walling Ave. in Oneonta, December 2011 after a fight with his girlfriend Heather Engler.
John Heller, a firefighter who lived in the same building as Engler, died helping residents escape from the burning building.
