At least one arrested in Whitesboro, police find meth lab in Main Street home

Just one day before National Meth Awareness day, an investigation was opened following the discovery of a meth lab in a Whitesboro home on Main Street.

According to local media, the home is the same home where a meth lab was found in June. The resident is the same resident charged in the June incident.

Police were called for what a neighbor believed to be a burglary. When they arrived, they found the resident of the home arguing with their neighbor for calling the police in the driveway.

Upon investigating the home, the officer found evidence of a meth lab, and the home was secured until a warrant to search the home could be obtained.

The resident was arrested for criminal mischief, and the investigation is ongoing.
