Criminal Complaint Filed Against Cuomo

A criminal complaint has been filed against former Governor Andrew Cuomo. The complaint alleges forcible touching, a sex crime. The Democrat who resigned from his post in August after multiple women accused him of sexual harassment, is the subject of a misdemeanor charge in connection with the alleged incident that happened at the governors mansion on December 7 of 2020.

The complaint alleges that Governor Cuomo did intentionally, and for no legitimate purpose, forcibly place his hand under the blouse shirt of a female and onto her intimate body part. The complaint alleges that Cuomo touch the victims left breast for the purpose of degrading and gratifying his sexual desires.

The complaint was signed by Amy Kowalski, an investigator with the Albany sheriffs office, on Monday and was filed on Thursday. Cuomo has repeatedly denied these allegations.
