East Herkimer Fire Department Hands Out Covid Test Kits

At the East Herkimer Fire Department on Sunday, over 200 people showed up to get one at home covid test kit. As a result, 270 test kits were given out in a span of under two hours. The Herkimer County 911 Center reportedly received 2,700 at home test kits, which they would divide and dispute them to local fire departments, and organizations. During the weekdays, fire departments from Ilion, Herkimer, and Little Falls will be handing out free kits during business hours.
