According to local media, a 74 year old man named Richard L. Palazzoli was involved in a fatal crash on Joslyn Road in Remsen Saturday afternoon.
Palazzoli was taken to a hospital in Syracuse, where he died of his injuries.
Police are still investigating the cause of the accident.
