Forest fire in Old Forge burns at least 10 acres

According to local media, a forest fire mostly on Panther Mountain has burned at least 10 acres of forest.

The fire reached Bisby Road, but after fire crews battled for hours, the fire was confined to Panther Mountain.

Old Forge Fire Chief Chris Stanley says the fire crews were able to reduce the size of the fire but there's no official word on if the fire has died.
