Former County Executive Ray Meier Arrested For DWI

Former Oneida County Executive Raymond Meier was arrested for DWI on Saturday. The arrest happened in Rome and Meier was charged with DWI and Aggravated DWI. Ray Meier was Oneida County Executive from 1991-1996 and went on to serve in the State Senate.
