Ithaca man arrested for illegal weapons during traffic stop

An Ithaca man was charged after police found illegal weapons and drugs in his possession during a traffic stop.

Police say they stopped the vehicle for a traffic infraction and smelled marijuana while questioning, and began to investigate further.

One of the passengers, Jordan Pratt, 26 of Ithaca was found to possess illegal drugs and 2 illegal loaded handguns.

Pratt is charged with criminal possession of a weapon, and criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third degree.
