On August 18, 2020 at approximately 4:59 p.m., New York State at Sidney arrested Dillion W. Clapp, age 25 of Endicott, NY for the felony of Burglary in the third degree. An investigation revealed that approximately one year ago, Clapp allegedly broke into a garage on Old State Highway 26 in the town of Otselic and stole various automotive parts. The investigation further revealed that Clapp took the items he stole to a scrap yard in Onondaga County. Clapp responded to SP Sidney where he was processed and arraigned virtually where he was released on his own recognizance. Clapp’s next appearance date is September 14, 2020 in the town of Otselic.
