Man charged with sexual abuse of under-aged girl in Utica

30 year old Angel Ortega Jr. was taken into police custody last Thursday by for allegedly sexually abusing a girl under 11 years old.

The abuse allegedly went on from 2017 to 2018. Ortega was arraigned at the Oneida County Centralized Arraignment Court, and was charged with first degree sexual abuse.
