Police arrested a man who has been on Oneida County's 'Most Wanted' list for years.
28-year-old Ruvim Mikhalevich has been wanted for 3rd degree criminal mischief since April 2017, and was recently arrested after police received information, from Mohawk Valley Crime Stoppers, that he moved to Utica.
However, after being arraigned, he was released due to the NYS Bail Reform Act.
