On April 13, 2020 Utica Police units were dispatched to a residence on the 1500 block of City St for a physical domestic incident. Upon arrival they were met by the victim who stated that a male had physically assaulted her and threatened to kill her. The victim further added that she believed the male to still be within residence, and it was questionable as to whether he was armed with a weapon or not.
As the suspect did not reside at the residence, and due to the fact that felony level crimes had been committed, the Utica Police Department surrounded the residence and the METRO SWAT was requested due to the nature of incident.
After their arrival entry was ultimately made, however the suspect was found to not be inside.
The suspect, Kendall Jackson age 40, is now wanted by the Utica Police Department for felony level domestic charges. If he is seen, please contact the Utica Police Department at 315 735 3301.
We would like to thank all the agencies associated with the METRO SWAT for their assistance, as well as the residents of the area in question for their cooperation during the investigation.
