
Superintendent Robert Nole, superintendent of the New Hartford School district will resign, according to Pam King, during a New Hartford Board of Education meeting on Tuesday. Nole has been with the New Hartford School District for around 17 years, and has been superintendent for nearly 13.
King says during his time there, the school district won numerous awards and accolades, and she says the Board of Education wishes him well.
Robert Nole said in a statement given to WKTV, "It has been the honor of a lifetime to serve the New Hartford students, staff, parents and community residents as an Assistant Superintendent, which began in 2003, and culminated as your Superintendent of Schools in 2008."
Nole's resignation is effective April 1st.
