Pellettieri Joe's restaurant closed temporarily due to Covid-19 cases

The Pellettieri Joe's restaurant on Jay Street in Utica is closing temporarily after two employees test positive for Covid-19.

The restaurant's Facebook page was updated the first of the month, stating that the restaurant would be closing for a short time. The page was updated again later stating that the closing was a response to two employees testing positive for coronavirus.

They had this to say:

"Unfortunately, we have a had a couple of employees test positive for Covid 19. We are now closed until further notice, we’re not sure of our next steps or how long we will be closed down for. Please bare with us as we navigate through this. Thank you for your understanding."
