From New Hartford PD:
On June 11, 2019, New Hartford Police reports that, Darien Burgdoff, 22, of Rome was operating her 2016 Honda Accord in an Easterly direction on Higby Rd. with a 15 year old juvenile in the front passenger seat. Burgdoff left the South side of the roadway for an unknown reason and traveled a short distance before coming to rest in a ditch. Both Burgdoff and the juvenile were evaluated for any injuries. Burgdoff was found to be impaired by drugs and subsequently charged with:

Burgdoff was transported to the Oneida County Jail for Pre Arraignment Detention and the juvenile was turned over to a guardian.
