Roxanne Shipman-Hull was last seen with her boyfriend a week ago Sunday around 7pm. Her family says the last time her cell phone pinged was in the Plainfield state land at Adams Pond. The Otsego County Sheriff's Department and her family have searched the area without any luck.
Roxanne is 5-foot 8-inches tall and around 102 pounds. She drives a silver Honda CRX with the license plate HZN-9505.
