State Police is attempting to identify an individual captured on a trail camera involved in multiple burglaries in the area of County Route 41 and Loomis Road in the town of Richland, Oswego County.
If anyone knows the identity of the individual in the photo, they are asked to contact State Police at (315) 366-6000.
