A traffic stop on Jefferson Ave. in Utica led to the arrest of two individuals who police say fled on foot upon being pulled over.Police searched the vehicle the two fled from and discovered 28 grams of narcotics.
Also according to police, the driver of the vehicle was 20-year-old Keeler Nyunt, who is being charged with Criminal possession of a Controlled Substance, and New York State Vehicle and Traffic Violations.
The passenger of the vehicle, 18-year-old Abdulkadir Ali was arrested for False Personation and NYS Vehicle and Traffic Law violations for providing false identification to police
