Utica Abuse Case Suspect Found In Buffalo


The suspect of an abuse case in Utica was found and apprehended in Buffalo by state police June 2nd.


The Oneida County Child Advocacy Center received a report alleging that a man named Jesse Marshall had inappropriately touched a 16-year-old girl. After he was identified as a suspect, Marshall attempted to escape apprehension by police and fled to Buffalo.


Upon apprehension, Marshall was taken to the Utica Police Department to be arraigned. He is charged with, among other things, third-degree sexual abuse, and is being held without bail at the Oneida County Jail.
