Utica Zoo reopening June 29th at ≈30% capacity

The Utica zoo will be reopening to the public Monday, June 29th. Though the zoo is usually open year round, closing for months because of the covid-19 pandemic has taken a significant monetary toll. The zoo will reopen on the 29th, and falls under phase four of the state's reopening plan, and though it will be open, more interactive amenities such as feed machines will be unavailable in the beginning of reopening, according to local media.
Since the mandatory closing due to the pandemic, the gift shop, feed machines and other sources of revenue were unavailable to the public. If you want, you can donate to the Utica zoo at http://uticazoo.org/emergencyfund/. The zoo will also be accepting your cans and bottles.
