Total snow accumulations of 3 to 7 inches. * WHERE...northern Oneida county. * WHEN...Light snow begins by daybreak Tuesday. The snow quickly becomes steady and even heavy at times Tuesday morning. Periods of snow continue into the early afternoon, before mixing with and changing to rain showers late in the day. * IMPACTS...Plan on slippery and snow covered roads. The hazardous winter weather conditions could impact the Tuesday morning commute. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Southeast winds at 10 to 20 MPH, with gusts up to 30 MPH will create areas of blowing and drifting snow.
