Statement from Willowvale Fire Company: It is with great sadness and heavy hearts that we say goodbye to our Chief, Wayne Smoulcey. Wayne courageously fought multiple forms of cancer for many years, during which time his focus was on his family and friends, the residents of the Willowvale Fire District, and in the citizens of Oneida County.
We appreciate all condolences and ask that Wayne's family be given time to grieve during this difficult time.
