Young woman missing, authorities seeking information - Press Release

The Madison County Sheriff’s Office is searching for information from the public on the disappearance of Elizabeth Garrow, 19, from Canastota, NY. Elizabeth was last seen on Wednesday, September 23, 2020 at 11:47 AM at the Dunkin Donuts at 369 N. Peterboro St, Canastota, NY. Elizabeth is described as a black female approximately 5’10” with brown eyes and brown hair. She was last seen wearing jeans with holes and a pair of flip-flops.
