1. Utica
Utica Food Pantry
Location: 524 Elizabeth Street (newer location) in Utica.
Hours: Monday, Wednesday & Thursday 11:00 am-1:00 pm.

The Catholic Charities office in Ilion (61 West Street) handles NOEP/SNAP coordination in Herkimer County.
